Tacos Mexicana(Crispy Potato Tacos)
Mexican Recipes are like tacos,quesadillas,tortilla wraps which had the fillings made of minced meat,veggies,sauces,cheese,etc.Taco Mexicana(Crispy Potato Tacos) is one of the Mexican recipe made of homemade tacos loaded with potatoes.Here I share the recipe that I have tried.

- For preparing dough,take a wide bowl,add wheat flour,sugar,oil,salt and water.
- Mix it well and knead it to form a soft dough.
- Make small balls and roll it as like chapathies.
- Heat the tawa and toast it both sides 30 secs each without adding oil.
- Now our tacos shells are ready.Keep it aside.
- For preparing fillings,boil potatoes and grate it.Transfer it into a mixing bowl.
- Add black pepper powder,chaat masala powder,red chilly flakes,salt and few coriander leaves to it.
- Mix it well.Now our potato filling is ready.
- Now its time for assembling for that take a taco shell.
- Spread the tomato sauce over it.
- Now add the potato filling on one half side of the toco.
- Add mozzarella cheese over it.
- Add some more black pepper and chilly flakes.
- Fold the other half side.
- Heat a tawa.Add little oil for frying.
- Place the taco over it and fry on both sides until it becomes crispy.
- Now our Tacos Mexicana(Crispy Potato Tocos) are ready.Enjoy it with tea/coffee.
