Ladyfinger is the key ingredient of this recipe.Ladyfinger conatains neccessary amount of vitamins and minerals that helps in good eyesight,healthy pregancy,digestion,weight loss.It contains high fibre content,so that it can reduces constipation. In this Post I share the recipe Ladyfinger Raitha(Ladyfinger Pachadi). It is one of the simple and best sidedish for briyani,sambhar rice,pulav,puliogare,etc., First we fry onion along with some seasonings.Then we add ladyfinger along with spice powders and fry.Cool it down.Add required curd and serve.

Ingredients:
Ladyfinger(Finely Chopped) 100gms.
Onion(Finely Chopped) 1 No.
Thick/Hung Curd as required.
Green Chilly(Finely Chopped) 1 or 2 Numbers.
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp.
Cumin seed 1 Tsp.
Mustard seed 1 Tsp.
Urud Dal 1 Tsp.
Oil oil 2 Tbsp.
Salt to Taste.
Step By Step Instructions:
- Chop the vegetables as mentioned.
- Heat oil in a pan and season with mustard seeds,cumin seeds,urud dal. Add curry leaves
- Add green chilly.Fry it well.
- Add onion and fry it for 1 minute.
- Add ladyfinger and fry it well until the stickiness goes out.
- Add the turmeric powder,salt and fry it well until the raw smell goes out.
- Transfer to the serving bowl and cool down.
- Add the required curd to it,mix it well and serve.

Add the required curd to it and mix well.
Now our Ladyfinger Raitha(Ladyfinger Pachadi) is ready to serve.
