Nowadays Breads occupies the major role for preparing dishes which is the dough made of flour baked in the oven.Using Bread we can made many varieties of dishes.Here I share the recipe of how to make Vegetable Bread Masala in Indian style that I have tried.

In this Post I share the recipe Vegetable Bread Masala for that first we toast the bread slices and cut it into small pieces.Then we prepare a masala paste.Then we fry the veggies along with spice powders.Lastly we add the bread pieces to it and fry it well.Our dish is ready. Ingredients:
Bread 4 to 6 Slices.
Onion(Sliced) 1 Number.
Capsicum(Cubed) 1 No.
Beans(Finely Chopped) 5 Nos.
Carrot(Finely Chopped) 1 small piece.
Green Peas Few.
Green Chilly 1 or 2 Nos.
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 Tsp.
Water as Required.
Salt to Taste.
Butter or Ghee for Toasting.
Oil 1 Tbsp.
Mint(Pudina) Leaves Few.
Curry Leaves Few.
Coriander Leaves For Garnishing.
For Masala Paste:
Tomato(roughly chopped) 1 No.
Curd 1 Tbsp.
Garlic 4 to 5 Nos.
Ginger 1 Small Piece.
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp.
Coriander Powder 1/2 Tsp.
Red Chilly Powder 1 Tsp.
Step By Step Instructions:
- Toast the bread slices in ghee or butter.Chopped it into pieces and keep it aside.
- Take a mixie jar,add all the masala paste ingredients to it and blend it into a fine paste.Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan,add onion,green chilly to it and fry until soft.
- Add the masala paste to it and fry until raw smell goes out.
- Add the vegetables and required salt to it.Fry for 1 minute.
- Add garam masala powder,mint leaves,curry leaves to it and fry for 1 minute.
- Add little water and cook the vegetables.
- Now add the bread pieces to it and mix it well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.

Our Vegetables Bread Masala is ready.Serve it hot.
