Curry Leaves is the key ingredients in this recipe.We use curry leaves day to day in our dishes.This curry leaves has so many health benefits like controls cholesterol and diabetics level,helps in weight loss,improves our eyesight.It also gives relief stress.Eating raw curry leaves daily is highly recommended.It also helps in hair growth.

Recipe Overview:

In this Post I share the recipe Karuveppilai Thovaiyal(Curry Leaves Raw Chutney).It is one of the easiest recipe for that take a mixie jar add coconut,garlic clove,red chilly powder,coriander powder,a small tamarind piece,curry leaves,salt and little water.Grind it into paste. Now our chutney is ready. This Dish can be served with rice,idly,dosa,etc.,

Ingredients:

Curry Leaves 10 t0 15 leaves.
Grated Coconut 1/2 Cup.
Garlic Cloves 2 Numbers.
Red Chilly Powder 1 Tsp.
Coriander Powder 1 Tsp.
Tamarind a Small Piece.
Water 2 Tsp.
Salt to Taste.

Step By Step Instructions:
  • In a mixie jar,add coconut,red chilly powder,coriander powder,garlic cloves,tamarind and 1 tsp water.
  • Grind it for 30 seconds.
  • Then add curry leaves,salt and 1 tsp water.
  • Grind it to a paste.
  • Now our Karuveppilai Thovaiyal(Curry Leaves Raw Chutney) is ready to serve with Rice,Idly,Dosa,Vada,etc.,
