Palak(Spinach) in Tamil it is called as pasalai keerai which has many nutrients that helps in Eye Sight, prevents anemia.I include palak in our daily diet as soups, gravies, dry sabzies. For my kid I add palak in pastas, sandwiches, soups, muffins, fritters and he enjoyed it well. For storing palak here I give a tip that I followed.First we remove the rotten or bad leaves, then line a layer of tissue paper(kitchen towel) in a storage box or container, add the palak into it,again line it with tissue paper, close and stored it in a refrigerator for upto 1 week. When we come with potatoes it is favourite for most of the people. We can make fries, chips, gravies, etc.,Here I used boiled potatoes but it must be in half done so that it won't mashed.Come on lets see the required ingredients and the step by step instruction for this recipe.
