idly,dosa,vada,pakoda,fritters,etc., Here I shared the

Flaxseeds is the key ingredients in this recipe.Flaxseed has many health benefits. It contains rich source of protein,contains high antioxidants.It also support weight loss and healthy digestion.It also helpful for women undergoing menopause.It is also used for hair and skin care.
Recipe Overview:
In this Post I share the recipe Healthy Flaxseeds Chutney. First we saute garlic,flaxseeds,dry red chilly,tomato in a pan.Now we grind it into fine paste. Then heat sesame oil in a pan,season with mustard and urud dal,add the paste into it and boil until the chutney becomes thick.Now our chutney is ready. This Dish can be served with idly,dosa,etc.,

Ingredients:
Flaxseed 2 Tbsp.
Tomato(Roughly Chopped) 1 Number.
Garlic Cloves 5 to 6 Numbers.
Dry Red Chilly 3 Numbers.
Salt to Taste.
Oil 1 Tsp.
Black Lentils(Urud Dal) 1 Tsp.
Mustard Seeds 1 Tsp.
Sesame Oil 1 Tbsp.
Water as Required.
Curry Leaves Few.
Step By Step Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add the garlic and dry red chilly and fry.
- Add flaxseeds and fry until aroma comes out.
- Add chopped tomato and fry.
- Transfer to a mixie jar,add salt and grind it to a fine paste.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan,season with mustard seeds,urud dal and curry leaves.
- Add the paste to it.Add little water and boil it until the chutney becomes thick.
- Now our Healthy Flaxseeds Chutney is ready to serve with Idly,Dosa,Vada,etc.,
