Eggless Wheat Muffins By Raji's Smart Kitchen "Cook Food in a Smart Way".


  Muffins are one of the favourite snacks arround the world especially kids.Here I share the recipe of Eggless Wheat Muffins that I have tried.

Recipe Overview:

In this Post I share the recipe Eggless Wheat Muffins.For making cake,we seperate the ingredient into wet and dry.First we beat the wet ingredients well in a mixing bowl.Then we add the dry ingredients gradually and mix it well to form a batter.Pour the batter in the muffin pan and bake.Now we get a yummy Eggless Wheat Muffins.Come on lets see the ingredients required and step by step instructons of this recipe.

Ingredients:

Wheat Atta 1 Cup.
Powdered Sugar 3/4 Cup.
Curd 1/2 Cup.
Oil 1/4 Cup.
Baking Powder 1 Tsp.
Baking Soda 1/2 Tsp.
Salt 1/4 Tsp.
Vanilla Essence 1 Tsp.
Water 1/4 Cup.

Step By Step Instructions:
  • Take a mixing bowl,add powdered sugar,curd,oil,water and beat it well using whisk or hand blender.
  • Now add wheat atta,baking soda,baking powder,salt to it mix it slowly to form a batter.
  • Add 1 tsp vannila essence to it and mix it well.
  • Line the muffin pan with muffin paper or if you use silicone moulds brush it with oil.
  • Pour the batter to the muffin mould using spoon(Here I'm using pipping bag).
  • Tap it well.
  • Preheat the oven for 10 minutes on 190 degree celcius.Place the tray on the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Cool down completely
  • Now our Eggless Wheat Muffins are ready. Enjoyed it with tea/coffee.

Now the cake batter is ready.


Line the muffin tray with muffin paper.


Fill it with batter.Tap it well.Bake for 25 minutes.


Cool it down completely.


Now our Eggless Wheat Muffins is ready.Enjoy with tea/coffee.
