Street Style Egg Masala Maggi Noodles


 Noodles is one of the favourite food all over the world. Here I share the recipe of Street Style Egg Masala Noodles using Instant Maggi Noodles. I am also share the tips for cooking noodles as nonsticky.

The street foods are the fast foods that are sold by the venders on the street where the public gathered.They prepare the foods by using simple ingredients available in the market.We can also cook this type of foods in home in a hygienic manner. Egg is one of the inexpensive rich protein containing food. It also contains calcium which gives more strength to our bones. In this Post I share the recipe Street Style Egg Masala Maggi Noodles. First we cook the noodles,strain and keep aside. Then we fry the vegetables.Now we add spice powders and fry. Next we pour the eggs,mix and cook well. Finally we add the cooked noodles,mix it well and add some coriander leaves. Now our Street Style Egg Masala Maggi Noodles is ready. Enjoy...

Ingredients:

Instant Maggi Noodles 2 Packets.
Eggs 3 Numbers.
Onion(Sliced) 1 Number.
Tomato(Sliced) 1 Number.
Capsicum(Sliced) 1 Number.
Carrot(Grated) 1 Small.
Beans(Finely Chopped) 5 to 10 nos..
Boiled Green Peas/Frozen Green Peas 1/4 Cup.
Green Chilly 2 Numbers.
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp.
Red Chilly Powder 1 Tsp.
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 Tsp.
Maggi Tastemaker 2 Packets.
Tomato Ketchup 1 Tbsp.
Mustard Seeds 1 Tsp.
Cumin Seeds(Jeera) 1 Tsp.
Urud Dal 1 Tsp.
Oil 2 Tbsp.
Water 2 Cups.
Salt to Taste.
Curry Leaves Few.
Coriander Leaves for Garnishing.

Step By Step Instructions:
  • Boil 2 Cup of Water.Add 1/2 tbsp Oil into it for the noodles becomes non sticky
  • Put 2 packet maggi noodles(only noodles) into it.Cook it for just 45 secs.
  • Take it out strain and wash it with cold water/running water immedietly. Add 2 tsp oil to and mix it gently.
  • Heat Oil in a pan and season with mustard,cumin,urud dal and curry leaves.
  • Add onion and green chilly and fry for 1 minute.
  • Add tomatoes and fry for 1 minute.
  • Add capsicum and fry for 1 minute.
  • Add all the vegetables and fry for 1 minute.
  • Add salt and fry it until the vegetables cooked well.
  • Add turmeric powder,chilly powder,garam masala powder to it and fry until the raw smell goes out.
  • Add 2 packets tastemaker and fry it well.
  • Add tomato ketchup and fry it well.
  • Break and pour the eggs into it.
  • Stir it gently and wait for 30 secs so that we get big egg pieces.
  • Now fry it well.
  • Add the cooked noodles into it.
  • Mix it well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Enjoy the non sticky Street Style Egg Masala Maggi Noodles.


Pictorial Description:

Boil 2 Cups of water. Add 1 Tbsp oil to it so that the noodles becomes non sticky.


Add 2 packets maggi noodles(only noodles) into it and cook just 45 seconds only.


Strain the water and wash it in cold/running water immedietly. Add 2 tsp to it and mix it well gently.


Heat oil in a pan and season with mustard,jeera,urud dal and curry leaves.


Add onion and green chilly to it and fry for 1 minute.


Add tomato and fry for 1 minute.


Add capsium and fry for 1 minute.


Add all the vegetables and fry for 1 minute.


Add salt and fry it until it cooked completely.


Add turmeric powder,red chilly powder,garam masala powder and fry.


Add the 2 packet tastemaker.


Fry it well until the raw smell goes out.


Add tomato ketchup and fry.


Break and pour 3 eggs into it.


Stir it well and wait for 30 seconds so that we get big size egg pieces.


Now fry the eggs well.


Now add the cooked noodles to it.


Mix it well.


Garnish with some coriander leaves.


Now our nonsticky Street Style Egg Masala Maggi Noodles is ready.Enjoy..
