Ingredients:
Eggs 5 Nos.
Onion 3 Nos(finely chopped).
Tomato 2 Nos(finely chopped/pureed).
Green Chilly 2 Nos.
Capsicum 1 No(roughly chopped).
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Tsp.
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp.
Coriander Powder 1/2 Tsp.
Red Chilly Powder 1 Tsp.
Garam Masala 1/2 Tsp.
Egg Masala 1 Tsp.
Pepper Powder as Required.
Red Chilly Flakes as Required.
Dry Fenugreek Leaves(Kasturi Methi) Few.
Oil 3 Tbsp.
Water as Required.
Salt to Taste.
Sugar to Taste.
Coriander Leaves for Garnishing.

- Chop all the Vegetables as mentioned above.
- Heat Oil in a Pan.
- Add Onions and Green Chillies and fry until it reaches golden brown color.
- Add Ginger Garlic Paste and fry until raw smell goes out.
- Add Tomatoes and mix well.
- Add Salt and Sugar and fry till it turns into gravy state.
- Add Capsium and fry for 1 minute.
- Add all Spice powders and fry for 30 seconds.
- Add Dry Fenugreek Leaves and fry until the raw smell goes out.
- Add some water and boil.
- Drop the Eggs into it.
- Cover with lid and boil for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle some Red Chilly Flakes and Pepper Powder. Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
- Our Egg Dropped Curry is ready.
- Serve with Chapathi,Paratha,etc.,
