Egg Omelette Curry


Egg Omelette is one of the common recipe around the world. Here I share the recipe how to make Curry using that Omelette.

Here I Shared the recipe that I have tried.

Ingredients:

Eggs    3 Nos.
Pepper Powder    1 Tsp.

For Curry

Onion    1 No(Roughly Chopped).
Tomatoes    2 Nos(Roughly Chopped).
Turmeric Powder    1/4 Tsp.
Kashmir Red Chilly Powder    1 Tbsp.
Coriander Powder    1 Tbsp.
Garam Masala    1 Tsp.
Cumin Powder    2 Tsp.
Cumin Seeds(Jeera)    1 Tsp.
Cinnamon(Phattai)    1 inch.
Cardamom(Elakkai)    1 Nos.
Cloves    2 nos.
Salt to Taste.
Sugar    1/4 Tsp.
Oil    3 Tbsp.
Water as Required.
Coriander Leaves    For Garnishing.

Method:
  • Take all the neccessary ingredients.
  • In a mixie jar, take Onion,Tomato,Turmeric Powder,Kashmir Red Chilly Powder,Coriander Powder,Garam Masala,Cumin Powder.
  • Blend it into coarse paste.
  • In a mixing bowl,break the Eggs and pour into it.
  • Add Pepper  Powder and Salt.
  • Beat well (If you have Electric Beater then use it, the Omelette will become more fluffy).
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Pour the Eggs in to it.
  • Flip it to other side.
  • Transfer to a plate.
  • Cut it into a desired shape as you wish.
  • Heat Oil in a pan and season with Cinnamon,Cardamom,Cloves,Cumin Seeds.
  • Add the Masala Paste and Salt into it.
  • Fry it until the raw smell goes out.
  • Add the required water and boil it.
  • Add the Omelette pieces into it.
  • Boil it for 3 minutes.
  • Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
  • Serve it with Chapathi,Roti,Pulav,Jeera Rice etc.,
