Baking is a process cooking food in indirect flame by using oven,simply like roasting food.We can use less amount of oil in baking than roasting in pan.We can make so many dishes including cakes,cookies,fries,pastries,breads,pizza,etc., Here I share some baking recipes link that I included in this blog.

In this Post I share the recipe Veg Caserrole. First we cook the vegetables in white sauce.Then we bake the veggies along with bread crumbs,seasonings.Come on lets see the ingredients required and step by step instructons of this recipe.

Ingredients:
Cauliflower Florets 1/2 Cup.
Broccoli Florets 1/2 Cup.
Sweet Corn Kernels 1 Cup.
Chopped Beans,Carrot,Green Peas,Potato,Capsicum 2 Cups.
All Purpose Flour 2 Tbsp.
Milk 2 Cups.
Pepper Powder as Required.
All Purpose Seasoning as Required.
Red Chilly Flakes as Required.
Bread Crumbs 1/2 Cup.
Fresh Basils Few.
Cheese Slice 1 or 2 Nos.
Grated Cheese as Required.
Butter 1 Tbsp.
Oil 3 Tsp.
Water as Required.
Salt to Taste.
Step By Step Instructions:
- Blanch the cauliflower and broccoli together in water for 5 minutes,strain the leftover water and keep it aside.
- Heat butter and oil together in a pan.
- Add all purpose flour and roast it well.
- Add sweet corn and fry for a minute.
- Add all the vegetables to it and mix it well.
- Add milk,salt and pepper to it and fry for 1 minute.
- Add little water,cover and cook the veggies 3/4 done.
- Add the cheese slice and mix it well.
- Greese a baking dish with butter.
- Add the cooked veggies to the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the veggies.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese.
- Sprinkle some seasonings,red chilly flakes,pepper,basil leaves.
- Preheat the oven for 10 minutes on 190 degree celcius.
- Bake it for 25 minutes(timing may vary to 20 to 30 minutes based on the oven).
- Now our Veg Caserrole is ready. Serve hot.
Pictorial Description:
Blanch the cauliflower,broccoli florets in water for 5 minutes.Strain and keep it aside.
Heat butter and oil together in a pan.
Add all purpose flour and roast it well.
Add 1 cup sweet corn to it and fry for a minute.
Add all the veggies.
Add milk to it and mix well.
Add salt and pepper.Mix it well
Add little water.Cover and cook the veggies 3/4 th done.
Add cheese slice.
Mix it well.Turn off the stove.
Greese the baking dish with butter.
Transfer the cooked veggies to the baking dish.
Sprinkle some bread crumbs.
Add grated cheese to it.Sprinkle some all purpose seasonings,red chilly flakes,fresh basils over it.
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes on 180 degree celcius.Bake it for 25 minutes(timing may vary 20 to 25 minutes based on the oven).
Now our Veg Caserrole is ready.Serve hot.
