Custard Powder Cake


Cake is one of the most favourite dish all over the world. The Cake is made of flour,butter,sugar and some other ingredients. Here I share the recipe of Cake made of Custard Powder that I have tried.

Ingredients:                    Measurement 1 Cup= 200 gms.

Maida or All Purpose Flour    1 1/2 Cup.
Custard Powder    1/2 Cup. 
Sugar    3/4 Cup.
Milk    1 1/2 Cup.
Butter    1/2 Cup(Must be in Room Temperature).
Baking Powder    1 1/2 Tsp.
Vanilla Extract    1 Tsp.

Method:
  • Take all the Ingredients.
  • For Dry Ingredients,Take a bowl, add Maida to it.
  • Then add Custard Powder to it.
  • Then add Sugar to it.
  • Then add Baking Powder to it.
  • Mix it well using spatula and set aside.
  • Take another bowl, add butter to it.
  • Add Milk to it.
  • Add Vanilla Extract to it.
  • Beat it well using electric beater or balloon whisk(You can also use wooden spoon).
  • Now Add the dry ingredients slowly into it and mix well using spatula or electric beater in minimum speed.
  • Now our Cake Batter is ready.
  • Greese the Cake Pan with butter(You can line the Cake Pan with Parchment Paper or you can use Silicone moulds).
  • Pour the batter into it(The Cake Pan must be Half Filled).
  • Preheat the Oven for 180 Degree Celcius. Place the cake pan into it and bake it for 45  to 60 minutes.(Timing may vary based on the oven and cake pan used. For Myself it takes 60 minutes.)
  • Now our Cake is ready,cool down completely and cut it into pieces.
  • Enjoy the Cake.
