In this Post I share the recipe Indian Street Food Ragda Puri Chaat.First we prepare peas masala by pressure cook peas along with some spice powders.Next the time for plating for that we take some instant panipuri(golgappe),add the peas masala,then add few onion,tomato,chilli,add tamarind(imli/sweet chutney),pudina chutney,chaat masala and salt.Garnish with some coriander leaves and sev. For Peas Masala:
For Plating:
- Soak 1 cup of white peas for 8 hours/overnight.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker and season with cumin seeds(jeera).
- Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,red chilly powder and fry.
- Add the soaked white peas,salt,water and pressure cook it for 10 whistles.
- Add garam masala powder,dry mango(amchur) powder,mix and boil it for 1 minute.The peas masala is ready.
- Now it's a time for plating for that take a plate/bowl.
- Assemble the roughly crushed instant panipuri(golgappe).
- Pour the peas masala over it.
- Add few chopped onion,tomato and green chilly.
- Add tamarind chutney(imli/sweet chutney),mint(pudina/green) chutney to it.
- Sprinkle some chaat masala.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and nylon sev.
