Ingredients:
Mushroom(Roughly Chopped) 200gms.
Garlic(Finely Chopped) 6 To 10 Nos.
Onion(Finely Chopped) 1 No.
Kashmir Red Chilly Powder 2 Tsp.
Soya Sauce 2 Tsp.
Red Chilly Sauce 1 Tsp.
Vinegar 1 Tsp.
Butter 2 Tbsp.
Oil 1 Tbsp.
Spring Onion Greens for Garnishing.
Salt to Taste.
Step By Step Instructions:
- Heat butter and oil in a pan.
- Add garlic and fry until golden brown
- Add onion.Fry it well.
- Add kashmir red chilly powder and fry it for 1 minute.
- Add vinegar,soya sauce,red chilly sauce and fry it for 2 minutes.
- Add the mushroom,salt and mix it well.
- Cook it well until the sauce becomes thick.
- Garnish with Butter Garlic Mushroom and serve hot with noodles,fried rice or as starter.

Cook it for 2 minutes.
Add mushroom and salt.
Mix it well.
Cook and fry until the sauce becomes thicken.
Garnish with spring onion greens.
Serve hot with noodles,fried rice or as starter.
