Butter Garlic Mushroom


Butter Garlic Mushroom is one of the sidedish made of mushroom,garlic and some sauces.This side dish becomes a great combination for fried rice,noodles and also it is a good starter food.Here I shared the recipe that I have tried.

Mushroom is one of the key ingredient used in this recipe. Mushrooms are the fungi family fruits that can cooked in a variety of ways. It contains some amount proteins and fibres,the antioxidant named Selenium which helps to develop our immune system. It also contains Vitamin B6 which helps in Brain Development.

In this Post I share the recipe Butter Garlic Mushroom. It is one of the simple recipe.We fry garlic,onion along with some sauces.Then we add mushroom and fry.Add some spring onion and serve.Now lets see the required ingredients and step by step instructions for this recipe...

Ingredients:

Mushroom(Roughly Chopped) 200gms.
Garlic(Finely Chopped) 6 To 10 Nos.
Onion(Finely Chopped) 1 No.
Kashmir Red Chilly Powder 2 Tsp.
Soya Sauce 2 Tsp.
Red Chilly Sauce 1 Tsp.
Vinegar 1 Tsp.
Butter 2 Tbsp.
Oil 1 Tbsp.
Spring Onion Greens for Garnishing.
Salt to Taste.

Step By Step Instructions:
  • Heat butter and oil in a pan.
  • Add garlic and fry until golden brown
  • Add onion.Fry it well.
  • Add kashmir red chilly powder and fry it for 1 minute.
  • Add vinegar,soya sauce,red chilly sauce and fry it for 2 minutes.
  • Add the mushroom,salt and mix it well.
  • Cook it well until the sauce becomes thick.
  • Garnish with Butter Garlic Mushroom and serve hot with noodles,fried rice or as starter.


Pictorial Description:

Add kashmir red chilly powder and fry it well.


Add vinegar,soya sauce,red chilly sauce.


Cook it for 2 minutes.


Add mushroom and salt.


Mix it well.


Cook and fry until the sauce becomes thicken.


Garnish with spring onion greens.


Serve hot with noodles,fried rice or as starter.
