Ingredients:
Grated Cabbage 1 Cup.
Grated Carrot 1 Cup.
Finely Chopped Beans 1/2 Cup.
Green Peas 1/4 Cup.
Green Chilly(Finely Chopped) 1 or 2 Numbers.
Sliced Onion 1 No.
Grated Coconut 1/4 Cup.
Finely Chopped Garlic 1 No.
Urud Dal 1 Tsp.
Cumin seed 1 Tsp.
Mustard seed 1 Tsp.
Coconut Oil 2 to 3 Tsp.
Salt to Taste.
Water as Required.
Curry Leaves Few.
Step By Step Instructions:
- Chop the veggies as mentioned.
- Heat 2 tsp coconut oil in a pan and season with mustard seeds,cumin seeds,urud dal and curry leaves
- Add green chilly,garlic.Fry it well.
- Add onion and fry it for 1 minute.
- Add veggies except green peas and fry it for 2 minutes.
- Add required salt and fry it well.
- Add green peas and fry it well.
- Add few water,cover and cook.
- Now add the grated coconut and fry it for 2 minute
