Bhatura Without Using Yeast.


Bhatura is one of the popular dish in Indian which can be served with chole masala. Here I share the recipe of how to make Bhaturas without using yeast.

Recipe Overview:

In this Post I share the recipe Bhatura. First in a mixing bowl add maida,rava,curd,sugar and salt. Add some water and knead it to a soft dough. Cover and left it for 1/2 an hour. Make the dough into small balls and roll it. Heat oil for frying. Put the bhaturas into it and fry on both sides. Now our Bhatura is ready. Serve with Chole Masala.

Ingredients:

Maida 1 Cup.
Rava 2 Tbsp.
Curd 1 Tbsp.
Sugar 1 tsp.
Salt to taste.
Water as Required.
Oil for Frying.

Step By Step Instructions:
  • In a mixing bowl,add maida.
  • Add rava.
  • Add curd.
  • Add sugar and salt.
  • Add little water,mix and kneed it well to form a soft dough.
  • Cover and leave it for 1/2 an hour so that the dough soaked well.
  • Make the dough into small balls.
  • Roll it out in oblong/circle shape. Now our bhatura is ready to fry
  • Heat the oil for frying.
  • Put the bhatura into the oil and fry it out on both sides.
  • Transfer it to the plate and serve with Chole Masala(Click for Chole Masala Recipe.).

Add rava to it.


Add salt and sugar to it.


Add curd to it.


Mix and knead it well to form a soft dough.


Cover and leave it for 1/2 an hour.


Now our dough is soaked well.


Make it into small balls.


Roll it out in oblong/circle shape.Our bhatura is ready to fry.


Heat oil for frying.


Put the Bhatura in the oil.


Fry it on both sides.
