Chocolate Fudge Brownies By Raji's Smart Kitchen "Cook Food in a Smart Way".


Hello Readers,How are You? I hope you all are fine.Diwali is arround the corner.We are busy in cleaning and decorating our house also start preparing small snacks to pacifying our small hungry or tiredness while working.On my hubby's birthday I baked chocolate brownies which came awesome and chocolatey.We finished it on that day itself.Here I share that recipe of how to make the Chocolate Fudge Brownies which I have tried.

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes Cooking Time: 30 Minutes Serving: 20 Pieces.

Ingredients:

Dark Chocolate 150 Gms.
Unsalted Butter 100 Gms.
Sugar 1 Cup.
Eggs 3 Nos.
Salt 1/4 Tsp.
Vannila Essense 1 Tsp.
Flour 1/2 Cup.
Cocoa Powder 1/4 Cup.


Step By Step Instructions:
  • First Sieve all the dry ingredients like 1/2 cup flour,1/4 cup cocoa powder,1/4 tsp salt and keep it aside.
  • Greese 8 inches square cake pan with butter or apply parchment paper and keep it aside.
  • Melt 150 gms of dark chocolate and 100 gms of unsalted butter using microwave or double boiling method.Give a good mix.
  • Add 1 cup of powdered sugar to it and mix it well.
  • Add 2 eggs along with 1 tsp vanila essense and beat it well using whisk or hand mixer.Then add another one egg to it and beat it well.
  • Now add the sieved flour to it and give a good mix using spatula.Now our brownie batter is ready.
  • Transfer the batter to the cake pan and tap it well.
  • Bake it for 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven at the temperature of 180 degree celcius.
  • Allow it to cool.Cut it into desired pieces as you like.
  • Now Our Chocolate Fudge Brownies are ready.Enjoy...

Line the cake pan.


Sieve all the dry ingredients.


Take chocolate and butter in a microwave safe container.


Microwave it to melt.


Add Sugar.


Give a good mix.


Add 2 eggs and beat it well.


Now add another one egg.


Beat it well.


Add the dry ingredients.


Give a good mix using spatula.


Pour it into the cake tin.Tap it well.


Bake it for 25 to 30 minutes.


Cut it into desired piece.


Now Our Chocolate Fudge Brownies is ready.Enjoy...


Note:

While baking keep an eye on the brownies after 15 minutes because brownies may get burn.

Serving Suggestions:

You can serve Chocolate Fudge Brownies with icecream.

Kids Favourite Eggless Whole Wheat Milk Cookies By Raji's Smart Kitchen "Cook Food in a Smart Way".


Cookies are one of the favourite snacks for all especially kids.Nowadays for kids online classes are going on.For them we want prepare some munchies for eatting in a break time like fruits,biscuits,cookies,snacks,etc.,But they have to eat in less time.So I decided to prepare milk cookies for him.My kid likes it very much and told me to make more cookies.Here I share the recipe of how to make kids favourite eggless whole wheat milk cookies that I have tried.

This milk cookies is one of the easiest cookies.We can also prepare the dough and stored it in the freezer for upto one or two weeks.We take the required dough out,thawed it and bake whenever you need cookies.Come on lets see the required ingredients and the step by step instruction for this recipe.

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes Baking Time: 20 to 25 Minutes Serving: 2

Ingredients:

Butter 1 Tbsp.
Powdered Sugar 2 Tbsp.
Whole Wheat Flour 2 Tbsp.
Corn Starch/Flour 1/4 Cup.
Milk Powder 2 Tbsp.
Baking Powder 1/4 Tsp.
Vanila Extract 1 Tsp.
Milk 2 to 3 Tsp.


Step By Step Instructions:
  • Take a mixing bowl,add 1 tbsp butter,2 tbsp of powdered sugar,mix it well until it forms creamy.
  • Add 1/4 cup corn flour,2 tbsp milk powder,2 tbsp whole wheat flour and combine it well.
  • Add 1 tsp vanila extract,1/4 tsp baking powder and give a good mix.
  • Add 2 to 3 tsp milk and gently knead it to form a soft dough.
  • Roll it out and make some shapes using cookie cutter.Assemble it in the baking tray.
  • Preheat the oven for 180 degree celcius.Place the tray into it and bake it for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Cool down it completely.
  • Our Kids Favourite Eggless Whole Wheat Milk Cookies is ready.Enjoy....

Take butter in a mixing bowl.


Add powdered sugar.


Beat until creamy.


Add corn flour.


Add milk powder.


Add baking powder.


Combine.


Add wheat flour.


Give a good mix.


Add vanilla extract.


Add little milk.


Knead it to form a soft dough.


Roll the dough and cut it into desired shapes.Assemble it on the baking tray.


Bake it for 15 to 20 minutes on 180 degree celcius in a preheated oven.

Note:

For pan baking,place a wire rack inside a pan,cover and preheat for 10 minutes.Now place the cookies tray into it,cover and bake it for 15 to 30 minutes in low flame.

Soft and Fluffy Homemade Whole Wheat Bread(Kodumai Bread/Atta Bread) By Raji's Smart Kitchen "Cook Food in a Smart Way".

Recipe Overview:

In this Post I share the recipe Whole Wheat Bread.It was one of my dream recipe that I want to bake bread at home.Baking bread is so easy.Here I explain how to bake the bread both in oven and pan.Come on lets see the ingredients required and step by step instructons of this recipe.

Ingredients:

Wheat Atta 3 Cup.
Sugar 2 Tbsp.
Dry Yeast 1/2 Tbsp.
Oil 3 Tsp.
Salt 2 Tsp.
Milk 1 Cup.
Water as Required.

Step By Step Instructions:
  • Take a cup of warm milk(not hot milk) in a cup,add 2 tbsp sugar,1/2 tsp dry yeast to it.Gently mix and leave it for 3 minutes to activate the yeast.
  • Take a wide mixing bowl,add 3 cups of whole wheat flour,2 tsp salt,3 tsp oil to it.Mix it gently.
  • Now add the activated yeast mixture to it and start kneading to form a soft dough.(Initially the dough is sticky continuous kneading change the dough into soft and nonsticky.We must knead it for 5 to 10 minutes for good result).
  • Apply oil to the dough,leave it for minimum 5 hours to ferment so that that dough rises to double in size.
  • Take the fermented dough in a work area,knead it to 2 to 3 minutes.Flat the dough.(refer pictorial description)
  • Fold it.(refer pictorial description)
  • Grease the loaf pan with oil.Place the dough in the loaf pan and leave it for minimum 1 hour to rise.
  • After rising,brush milk over the dough.
  • For oven baking,preheat the oven for 190 degree celcius,bake it for 35 to 45 minutes.For pan baking,place a wire rack in the pan,close and preheat the pan for 10 minutes.Place the loaf pan over the rack,close and bake it for 35 to 45 minutes in a low flame.
  • Our bread is baked well.Transfer the bread immedietely to the cooling rack and cool down it completely.
  • Slice the bread as you desired.
  • Now our Homemade Soft and Fluffy Whole Wheat Bread is ready to make delicious foods.


Pictorial Description:

Take a cup of warm milk,add sugar,dry yeast,mix and leave it for 3 minutes.


Now the bubbles are appeared and tha yeast is activated.


Take a wide bowl,add whole wheat flour,salt and oil.


Combine it well.


Add the yeast mixture to it.


Knead it for 5 to 10 minutes to form a soft dough.


Apply oil.


Cover and leave it for minimum 6 hours for ferment.


Now our dough rises well.


Knead and flat the dough for 2 to 3 minutes.


Fold it.


Grease the loaf pan with oil.


Place the dough in the loaf pan.


Allow it to rise for minimum 1 hour.


Brush milk over the dough.


Preheat the oven for 190 degree celcius and bake it for 35 to 45 minutes.(For pan baking refer step by step instructions)


Wow our bread is baked well.


Transfer to the cooling rack immediately.Cool it down completely.


Cut it into slices as you desired.Now our Homemade Soft and Fluffy Bread is ready to make delicious dishes.
