In this Post I share the recipe Creamy Rajma(Kidney Beans) Gravy/Curry recipe. It is one of the simple gravy that we cook in minimium time.First we soak the rajma(kidney beans) and pressure cook it.Then we saute onion,tomato,ginger garlic paste,green chilly along with some seasonings. Then we add spice powders and saute. Now we add the cooked rajma(kidney beans) to it and boil it well.Add some fresh cream to it. Now our Creamy Rajma(Kidney Beans) Gravy/Curry is ready. Lets see the ingredients required and the detailed step by step instructions for making this recipe.

Ingredients:
Rajma(Kidney Beans) 1 Cup..
Onion(Finely Chopped) 2 Number.
Tomato(Finely Chopped) 2 Number.
Green Chilly 1 or 2 Nos.
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tsp.
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp.
Kashmir Red Chilly Powder 1 Tsp.
Coriander Powder 1/2 Tsp.
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 Tsp.
Cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp.
Amchur(Dry Mango Powder) Powder 1/2 Tsp.
Rajma Masala Powder 1 Tbsp.
Kasturi Methi(Dry Fenugreek Leaves) Few.
Maggi Magic Cubes(Veg) 1 Sachet.
Fresh Cream 3 Tbsp.
Cumin(Jeera) 1 Tsp.
Mustard Seeds 1 Tsp.
Oil 2 Tbsp.
Salt to Taste.
Water as Required.
Coriander Leaves for Garnishing.
Step By Step Instructions:
- Soak the rajma(kidney beans) for 6 hours or overnight.Pressure cook it for 7 to 10 whistle and keep it aside.
- Chop the veggies as mentioned.
- Heat oil in a pan and season with mustard seeds,cumin,curry leaves.
- Add onion to it and fry it well until it turns golden brown.
- Add green chilly and ginger garlic paste to it and fry.
- Add tomato to it and fry it well until it forms a gravy.
- Add turmeric powder,kashmir red chilly powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,cumin(jeera) powder,amchur powder and fry it well.
- Add few kasturi methi to it and fry.
- Add salt and mix it well.
- Add cooked rajma and mix well.
- Add rajma masala to it and fry it well
- Add required water and boil it for 5 minutes.
- Add Maggi Magic Cubes(Veg) 1 Sachet to it and boil for 2 minutes.
- Add fresh cream to it and mix well.
- Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
- Now our Creamy Rajma(Kidney Beans) Gravy/Curry is ready. Serve with Rice,Roti,Chapathi,Naan,etc.,

Fry it well until raw smell goes out.
Add few kasturi methi to it and fry it well.
Add cooked rajma(kidney beans).
Mix it well.
Add rajma masala and fry it well.
Add required water to it and boil for 5 minutes.
Add maggi magic cubes(veg) 1 sachet and boil for 2 minutes.
Add fresh cream to it and mix it well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Now our Creamy Rajma(Kidney Beans) Gravy/Curry is ready.Serve with roti,chapathi,parathas,etc.,
