Ingredients:
Besan 3 Tbsp.
Rice Atta 2 Tbsp.
Sliced Onion as Required.
Sliced Tomato as Required.
Grated Carrot as Required.
Grated Cabbage as Required.
Sliced Capsicium as Required.
Chopped Green Chilly as Required.
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp.
Red Chilly Powder 1/2 Tsp.
Garam Masala 1/2 Tsp.
Egg Masala Powder 1/2 Tsp.
Asafoetida(Hing) 1/4 Tsp.
Baking Soda 1/4 tsp.
Salt to taste.
Water as Required.
Oil for Roasting.
Chopped Curry Leaves as Required.
Chopped Coriander Leaves as Required.
Step By Step Instructions:
- Take a bowl,add besan,rice atta,turmeric powder,red chilly powder,garam masala,egg masala,asafoetida(hing),baking soda,salt and water mix it well to form a thick batter.
- Add all the vegetables as required and give a good mix.
- Heat a tawa,add oil to it.
- Pour the batter on it and roast it on both sides.
- Now Our Eggless Omelette is ready.

In a wide bowl,add besan and rice flour.
Add turmeric powder,red chilly powder,garam masala,egg masala,baking soda,salt to it.
Mix it well.
Add water and mix it well to form a thick batter.
Add all the vegetables to it.
Give a good mix.
Heat oil in a tawa.Pour the batter on it.
Drizzle some oil on it.Roast it.
Flip it on other side.
Now our Quick Eggless(Vegan) Omelette is ready to serve.
