Indian Style One Pot Macaroni Pasta.


Pasta is one of the Italian Dishes that are made of flour. The dish can be prepared as boiled Pasta mixed with some Veggies,Meat,Seasoning and Sauces to it. Here I shared the recipe of Indian Style Macaroni Pasta cooked in Single Pot.

Ingredients:

Macaroni/Elbow Pasta 2 Cups.
Onion 1 No(Finely Chopped).
Tomato 1 No(Finely Chopped).
Capsicum 1 No(Finely Chopped).
Green Chilly 2 Nos(finely Chopped).
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Tsp.
Tomato Ketchup 2 Tbsp.
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp.
Red Chilly Powder 1 Tsp.
Coriander Powder 1/2 Tsp.
Garam Masala 1/2 Tsp.
Maggi Magic cubes(Veg) 1 Cube.
Pepper Powder as Required.
Cumin Seeds(Jeera) 1 Tsp.
Urud dal 1 Tsp.
Mustard Seeds(Rai) 1 Tsp.
Water 4 Cups.
Salt to Taste.
Oil 3 Tbsp.
Coriander Leaves for Garnishing.

  • Chop the ingredients as mentioned above.
  • Heat Oil in a pan and season with Mustard,Cumin,Urud dal.
  • Add Onion and fry it well.
  • Add Green Chillies and fry.
  • Add Ginger Garlic Paste and fry until the Onion becomes golden brown color.
  • Add Tomato and fry.
  • Add Tomato Ketchup and mix well.
  • Add Capsium to it.
  • Fry it well until it turns into gravy state.
  • Add Turmeric Powder,Chilly Powder,Coriander Powder,Garam Masala to it and mix it well.
  • Add 1 Maggi Magic Cube(Veg) to it.
  • Add Little water and mix well.
  • Add the required salt and fry it well.
  • Now add 2 Cups of Macaroni Pasta into it and mix well.
  • Add 4 Cups of Water to it. Cover and boil it for 5 minutes.
  • Now the Pasta is cooked well.
  • Sprinkle some Pepper Powder and Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
  • Our Indian Style One Pot Macaroni Pasta is ready. Serve hot.
