Instant Noodles Biriyani By Raji's Smart Kitchen "Cook Food in a Smart Way"


 Biriyani is one of the favourite dish of major peoples all over the world.Usually biriyani can be prepared using basmathi rice.Here I share the recipe of how to make biriyani in instant noodles that I have tried.

In this Post I share the recipe Instant Noodles Biriyani for that first we fry and cook the veggies along with some seasonings and spice powders.Then we add the instant noodles and taste makers.Then we cook the noodles.Garnish with coriander leaves.Our yummy biriyani dish using instant noodles is ready. Now lets see the required ingredients and step by step instructions for this recipe...

Ingredients:

Any Instant Noodles 2 Packets.
Onion(Sliced) 1 Number.
Capsicum(Cubed) 1 No.
Beans(Finely Chopped) 5 Nos.
Carrot(Finely Chopped) 1 small piece.
Green Peas Few.
Tomato(finely chopped) 1 No.
Green Chilly 1 or 2 Nos.
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tsp.
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp.
Coriander Powder 1/4 Tsp.
Red Chilly Powder 1/4 Tsp.
Garam Masala Powder 1/4 Tsp.
Biriyani Masala 1 Tsp.
Taste Maker 2 Packets.
Cinnamon 1 No.
Cardamom 1 No.
Cloves 3 No.
Black Pepper 3 to 5 Nos.
Caraway Seeds(Shah Jeera) 1 Tsp.
Mustard Seeds 1 Tsp.
Water as Required.
Salt to Taste.
Oil 1 Tbsp.
Mint(Pudina) Leaves Few.
Curry Leaves Few.
Coriander Leaves For Garnishing.

Step By Step Instructions:
  • Heat oil in a pan,season with mustard seeds,shah jeera,cinnamon,cloves,cardamom,curry leaves.
  • Add onion and fry for 1 minute.
  • Add mint leaves,coriander leaves and green chilly and fry it for 1 minute.
  • Add ginger garlic paste to it and fry until raw smell goes out.
  • Add tomato and fry it well
  • Add turmeric powder,coriander powder,red chilly powder,garam masala to it and fry for 1 minute
  • Add the vegetables and Fry for 2 minute.
  • Add biriyani masala powder,required salt to it and fry for 1 minute.
  • Add little water,cover and cook the vegetables.
  • Now add the instant noodles to it and mix it well.
  • Add the taste makers and give a good mix.
  • Now 1 1/2 cup water to it,cover and cook the noodles for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.Our Yummy Instant Noodles Biriyani is ready.Serve hot.

Now the veggies are cooked well.


Add the instant noodles and mix it well.


Add the tastemakers and mix.


Add 1 1/2 cup of water.


Cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.


Garnish with coriander leaves.


Our Yummy Instant Noodles Biriyani is ready.Serve hot.
