In this Post I share the recipe Radish Paratha(Mooli Paratha).It is one of the simple breakfast/dinner. First we prepare the dough for paratha.Make small dough balls.Then we make the radish stuffing.Then we stuff the stuffing into the dough balls and roll it.Toast the parathas by applying ghee or butter.Our tasty and healthy Radish Paratha(Mooli Paratha) is ready.Come on lets check the ingredients and step by step procedure for this recipe.

Ingredients:
For Dough:
Wheat Flour 1 Cup.
Ajwain 1 Tsp.
Black Sesame 1 Tsp.
Kalonji 1 Tsp.
Salt 1 Tsp.
Oil 3 Tsp.
Water for Kneading.
For Stuffing:
Radish(Peeled,Grated and Squeezed) 2 Nos.
Onion(Finely Chopped) 1 No.
Green Chilly(Finely Chopped) 2 Nos.
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp.
Red Chilly Powder 1 Tsp.
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 Tsp.
Cumin(Jeera) Powder 1/2 Tsp.
Chaat Masala 1/4 Tsp.
Coriander Leaves a Handful.
Salt to Taste.
Oil 1 Tbsp.
For Toasting:
Butter/Ghee for toasting.
Step By Step Instructions:
- Peel,Grate and squeeze the leftover water of the radish and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan,add green chilly and onion to it and fry for a minute.
- Add radish,salt and all spice powders and fry it for 3 minutes.
- Add a handful of finely chopped coriander leaves,mix it well and turn off the stove.Our stuffing is ready
- For dough,take a mixing bowl,add all the ingredients(except water) given in the dough ingredients.Gradually add water and knead it form a dough.
- Make small balls.Then make a bowl with the dough(edges must be thin and center must be thick)
- Add the stuffing into it and cover the dough.
- Roll the paratha by applying dry flour.
- Heat the tawa,add the paratha and toast it well by appling ghee or butter.
- Now our Tasty and Healthy Radish Paratha(Mooli Paratha) is ready and serve hot.
