Radish Paratha(Mooli Paratha)
Paratha is one of the popular breakfast/dinner dish all over the North India.The paratha can be prepared in different style. Here I share the recipe of paratha stuffed with radish(mooli) that I have tried.

- Peel,Grate and squeeze the leftover water of the radish and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan,add green chilly and onion to it and fry for a minute.
- Add radish,salt and all spice powders and fry it for 3 minutes.
- Add a handful of finely chopped coriander leaves,mix it well and turn off the stove.Our stuffing is ready
- For dough,take a mixing bowl,add all the ingredients(except water) given in the dough ingredients.Gradually add water and knead it form a dough.
- Make small balls.Then make a bowl with the dough(edges must be thin and center must be thick)
- Add the stuffing into it and cover the dough.
- Roll the paratha by applying dry flour.
- Heat the tawa,add the paratha and toast it well by appling ghee or butter.
- Now our Tasty and Healthy Radish Paratha(Mooli Paratha) is ready and serve hot.
