Street Style Egg Bhurji Pav

Ingredients:

Eggs 2 Numbers.
Onion(Finely Chopped) 1 Number.
Tomato(Finely Chopped) 1 Number.
Capsicum(Finely Chopped) 1 Number.
Green Chilly 2 Numbers.
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tsp.
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp.
Red Chilly Powder 1 Tsp.
Pav Bhaji Masala Powder 1 Tsp.
Oil 1 Tbsp.
Water as required.
Salt to Taste.
Sugar 1/8 Tsp.
Coriander Leaves for Garnishing.
Pav as Required for Serving.

Step By Step Instructions:
  • Heat oil in a pan,saute green chilly,onion for 1 minute
  • Add ginger garlic paste to it and fry until raw smell goes out.
  • Add capsicum and tomato to it and fry for 2 minutes. 
  • Add salt,sugar and fry for 1 minute.
  • Add turmeric powder,red chilly powder,pav bhaji masala powder and fry for 1 minute.
  • Add little water and cook for 2 minute.
  • Add 2 egg to it.Mix it gently and leave for 30 seconds.
  • Now fry it well until it not stick to the pan.
  • Add some coriander leaves to it.Egg bhurji is ready.
  • Toast the pav by applying butter either in microwave or pan for serving.
  • Now our Street Style Egg Bhurji Pav is ready.Enjoy with pavs...
