Ingredients:
Basmati Rice 1 Cup.
Soya Chunks 1 Cup.
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tsp.
Onion 2 No(Sliced).
Tomato 1 No(Sliced).
Green Chilly 2 Nos.
Cinnamon(Pattai/Dalchini) 1 inch..
Cloves(Kirambu/Lavang) 3 Nos.
Cardamom(Elakkai/Elachi) 2 Nos.
Bay Leaves(Biriyani Leaves/Tej Patta) 1 No.
Star Anise(Thakkolam/Chakra Pool) 1 No.
Black Pepper(Milagu/Kali Mirch ) 1/4 Tsp.
Marathi Muggu 1 No.
Shah Jeera(Black Cumin) 1 Tsp.
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp.
Garam Masala 1/2 Tsp.
Briyani Masala 1 Tsp.
Chicken Masala Powder 1 Tsp.
Oil 3 Tbsp.
Salt to Taste.
Water 2 cups
Curry Leaves Few.
Coriander Leaves for Garnishing.
Step By Step Instructions:

Soak basmati rice for 1/2 an hour.Soak soya chunks in 1 cup hot water and 1 tbsp milk for 10 minutes.
- Turn on the rice cooker/slow cooker.Add Oil and all whole masala to it and season well.

Add Onion and fry it well.
- Add green chilly,ginger garlic paste and fry it well.

Add tomatoes and fry it well.
- Add turmeric powder,garam masala powder,briyani masala powder,salt and fry until the raw smell goes out.
- Now add the soaked soya chunks and mix it well until the masalas are well coated to it.
- Add chicken masala powder to it and fry.
- Now add the soaked basmathi rice to it.
- Mix it well.
- Add 2 cup of water,required salt(the water musty be salty) to it and mix it well.
- Add some coriander leaves to it,cover with lid and cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
- When water completely evaporates,our pulav is ready.
- Turn off the rice cooker,garnish with more coriander leaves and put it in warm mode.
- Serve hot with any raitha.

Squeeze the water in soya chunks and keep aside.
Chop the veggies as mentioned.
Turn on the rice cooker.

Add 2 cups of water and required salt to it(The water must be little bit salty).
Mix it well.
Add some coriander leaves.
Cover with lid and cook it for 20 to 25 minutes.
Now the water is completely evaporates. Our pulav is ready.Turn off the rice/slow cooker and put it in warm mode.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Now our Soya Chunk Pulav is ready.Serve hot with raithas.
