Recipe Overview:
In this Post I share the recipe Oats Dosa. First we roast the oats well and powder it. In a mixing bowl,add oats powder,rava,curd,water and mix well. Add finely chopped onion,green chilly,ginger,curry leaves and coriander leaves to it. Add cumin(jeera),crushed pepper, required salt to it. Add some more water and mix well(the batter must be little watery). Wait for 10 minutes. Heat the dosa tawa and pour one laddle full of batter. Spread it well. Drizzle some oil/ghee/butter and roast it well on both sides. Now our Instant Oats Dosa is ready. Serve with some chutney,sambhar.

Ingredients:
Instant/Rolled Oats 1 Cup.
Rava 2 Tbsp.
Curd 1 Tbsp.
Chopped Onion as Required.
Chopped Green Chilly as Required.
Grated Ginger as Required.
Chopped Curry Leaves as Required.
Chopped Coriander Leaves as Required.
Crushed Pepper 1 Tsp.
Cumin(Jeera) 1 Tsp.
Salt to taste.
Water as Required.
Oil/ghee/butter for Roasting.
Step By Step Instructions:
- Roast 1 cup of instant/rolled oats in dry pan/microwave.
- Transfer it into a mixie jar and grind it into a fine powder.
- Take a mixing bowl and add the oats powder into it.
- Add rawa and curd to it. Mix it well.
- Add little water and mix well like a paste.
- Add the required chopped onion,green chilly,ginger,curry leaves,coriander leaves to it and mix well.
- Add the crushed pepper,jeera,required salt to it and mix well.
- Leave it for 10 minutes so that the rava soaked well.
- Add more water to it and mix it well, Now our batter is ready. Note: the batter must be little watery.
- Heat the dosa tawa. Pour one ladle full of batter on it and Spread it well.
- Drizzle few oil/ghee/butter and roast one side.
- Flip it out on other side and roast well. Now our Instant Oats Dosa is ready.
- Transfer it to the plate and serve with chutney or sambhar.

For roasting oats,take one cup of instant/rolled oats in a microwave safe glass/ceramic plate.
Microwave it for 2 minutes. Stir it in between.
Transfer it into a mixie jar.
Grind it into a fine powder.
Transfer it into a mixing bowl.
Add 2 tbsp of rava to it.
Add 1 tbsp of thick curd to it.
Mix it well.
Add little water and mix well to form a paste.
Add chopped onion,green chilly,ginger,curry leaves,coriander leaves into it.
Add crushed pepper,cumin,required salt and mix well. Leave it for 10 minutes.
Add more water to it and mix well. Note the batter must be little watery.
Now our batter is ready for making dosa.
Heat a dosa tawa.
Pour one laddle full of batter on the tawa and spread it well.
Drizzle some oil/ghee/butter on it and roast well.
When one side is roasted well,flip it to other side and roast it well.
When both sides are roasted well,transfer it in a plate and serve with chutney or sambhar.
