Chinese Special Tomato Egg Stir Fry Recipe By Raji's Smart Kitchen "Cook Food in a Smart Way".


Stir Fry is one of the popular dish of Chinese Cuisine. Here I share the recipe of Tomato Egg Stir Fry. This dish can be served as breakfast along with some dinner rolls(salted buns/pavs).

Chinese cuisine is one of the popular as well as favourite cuisine all over the world. This is becauce of it taste,aroma and color. Chinese dishes are usually prepared in high heat so that the food can be cooked in less time. Some of the chinese dishes are stir fry, noodles, fried rice, dumplings, manchurians, soups, sticky rice,etc.,

In this Post I share the recipe Tomato Egg Stir Fry. First we break 4 eggs and drop it into a mixing bowl. Add pepper and salt,mix well. Heat Oil in a pan and pour the egg and make a scrambled egg and keep aside. In the same pan fry garlic,spring onion,green chilly,tomato in sesame oil(till oil/gingelly oil). Add soya and red chilly sauce and Tomato ketchup to it and fry. Add more tomatoes and scrumbled eggs and fry. Add red chilly flakes and pepper powder and mix well. Garnish with spring onion. Serve as breakfast/dinner with some bread,dinner rolls(Salted Bun/Pav).

Ingredients:

Eggs 4 numbers.
Onion(finely chopped) 1 number.
Tomato(finely chopped) 2 numbers
Tomato(sliced) 2 numbers.
Garlic(finely chopped) 6 cloves.
Green Chilly(finely chopped) 2 numbers.
Spring Onion(finely chopped) few.
Pepper Powder as required.
Dark Soya Sauce 1 tsp.
Red Chilly Sauce 1 tsp.
Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp.
Red Chilly Flakes as required.
Sesame Oil(Till Oil/Gingelly Oil) 2 Tbsp.
Cooking Oil 1 tbsp.
Salt to taste.
Spring Onion for garnishing.
Dinner Rolls(Salted Bun/Pav) for serving.

Step By Step Instructions:
  • Break 4 eggs in a mixing bowl, add salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan,pour the egg mixture and make a scrambled egg,keep aside.
  • Heat sesame oil in a pan, add garlic,green chilly,spring onion and fry.
  • Add onion into it and fry for 1 minute.
  • Add the finely chopped tomatoes and fry until it mashed well.
  • Add soya sauce,red chilly sauce and fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add tomato ketchup and fry for a minute.
  • Now add the sliced tomatoes and fry for a minute.
  • Add the scrambled egg into it and fry
  • Add the red chilly flakes and pepper according to your spiciness,mix well.
  • Garnish with spring onion greens.
  • Now our Tomato Egg Stir Fry is ready.Serve with some soft dinner rolls(salted buns/pavs).

Chop the vegetables as given below.


Break 4 eggs in a mixing bowl.


Add salt and pepper to it.


Mix it well.


Heat cooking oil in a pan.


Pour the egg mixture into it.


Gently stir the eggs.


Fry and make a soft scrambled eggs.


Transfer to a plate and keep aside.


In the same pan,heat sesame oil.


Add finely chopped garlic,spring onion,green chilly and fry until garlic turns brown colour.


Add finely chopped onion into it.


Fry until onion turns soft.


Add finely chopped tomatoes to it.


Fry well until the tomatoes mash well.


Add soya sauce.


Add red chilly sauce.


Fry it for 30 seconds.


Add tomato ketchup to it.


Fry it for 1 minute.


Add sliced tomatoes to it.


Fry it for a minute.


Add the scrambled egg into it,cut into pieces and mix well.


Add pepper powder and red chilly flakes according to your spice level.


Mix it well. Our Tomato Egg Stir Fry is ready.


Garnish with spring onion greens.


Serve with dinner rolls(salted buns/pavs).
