Dosa is one of the popular breakfast/dinner dish all over the South
India.The Dosas can is made with urud dal,rice,methi grinded batter.Nowadays
variety dosas are prepared by stuffing many things like
veggies,meat,cheese,sauces,chutneys,etc., Here I share the recipe of Mysore
Masala Dosa that I have tried.

In this Post I share the recipe Mysore Masala Dosa.For this recipe we
need 4 pre preparations.
Prepare Dosa Batter(For Recipe Click).
Prepare Spicy(Kara) Chutney(For Recipe Click).
Prepare Gun Powder(Idly Milagai Powder)(For Recipe Click).
Prepare potato stuffing.
After pre preparation,pour the dosa batter on the hot tawa,add the
stuffings one by one.Roast it by drizzling butter or oil. Our tasty
and yummy Mysore Masala Dosa is ready.This can be served with
chutney,sambhar.Come on lets check the ingredients and step by step

Ingredients:
For Potato Stuffing:
Potato(Boiled) 4 Nos.
Onion(Finely Chopped) 1 No.
Green Chilly(Finely Chopped) 2 Nos.
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp.
Cumin(jeera) Seeds 1 Tsp.
Mustard Seeds 1 Tsp.
Water 1/2 Cup.
Curry Leaves Few.
Coriander Leaves a Handful.
Salt to Taste.
Oil 1 Tbsp.
For Dosa(Single Serving):
Chopped Onion as Required.
Butter/Ghee for Roasting.
Step By Step Instructions:

For potato stuffing,heat oil in a pan,season with mustard
seeds,cumin seeds and curry leaves.

Add green chilly and onion to it and fry for a minute.

Add turmeric powder,salt and fry it for 1 minutes.
- Add the boiled and mashed potato to it.Mix it well.

Add a handful of finely chopped coriander leaves,mix it well
and turn off the stove.Our potato stuffing is ready

For Preparing Masala Dosa,heat a dosa tawa.

Pour the dosa batter on the tawa.Spread it well.

Spread a spoon of spicy(kara) chutney over the dosa.

Sprinke a spoon of gun powder(idly milagai powder) over the
dosa.

Sprinke few chopped onion over the dosa.

Add 2 Tbsp potato stuffing,spread over the center.

Drizzle some butter/oil and roast it for 2 minutes.

Fold the dosa.

Now our Tasty and yummy Mysore Masala Dosa is ready and serve
hot with chutney,sambhar.
