In this Post I share the recipe Curd Rice. It is one of the easiest lunch box recipes.First we cook the rice.Then the curd along with garnishing veggies to it and mix.Prepare a seasoning and pour it over the rice. Now our Curd Rice is ready. Serve with veg fries or pickles.

Ingredients:
Rice 1 Cup.
Thick Curd 1 Cup.
Grated Ginger 1 Tsp.
Grated Carrot 1/4 Cup.
Chopped Green Chilly 2 No.
Asafoetida(hing) Powder 1/4 Tsp.
Dry Red Chilly 2 Nos.
Urud Dal 1 Tsp.
Mustard Seeds 1 Tsp.
Coconut Oil 2 Tsp.
Salt to Taste.
Water 3 cups
Curry Leaves Few.
Coriander Leaves for Garnishing.
Step By Step Instructions:
- Turn on the rice cooker.Wash and add the rice to the rice cooker.Add 3 Cups of water and cook the rice.
- Add curd,salt and asafoetida powder and mix it.
- Add grated carrot,ginger,green chillies to it and mix well.Turn off the rice cooker.
- Heat a tadka pan.Prepare the seasoning by adding oil,mustard seeds,urud dal,dry red chilly and curry leaves.
- Pour the tadka over the rice and give a good mix.
- Our Curd Rice is ready,garnish with more coriander leaves and put it in warm mode.
- Serve hot with any veg fries or pickles.
