In this Post I share the recipe Ragi Idiyappam(Finger Millet String Hopper). First we make a dough using ragi flour.Then we load it in the sev press.Press it in the idly plate and steam.Now our Ragi Idiyappam(Finger Millet String Hopper) is ready. Serve with some chutney,sambhar.

Ingredients:
Ragi Flour 1 Cup.
Rice Flour 2 Tbsp.
Salt to taste.
Hot Water as Required.
Step By Step Instructions:
- Take a wide bowl,add 1 cup ragi flour.
- Add 2 tbsp rice flour.
- Add salt to taste.
- Gradually add hot water and knead it to form a soft dough.
- Fill the dough in the sev press.
- Greese the idly/dhokla plate,press the dough in the plate.
- Steam it for 10 minutes.
- Now our Ragi Idiyappam(Finger Millet String Hopper) is ready.
- Transfer it to the plate and serve with chutney or sambhar.

Fill the sev press with dough.
Greese the idiyappam/dhokla/idly plate with oil.
Press the dough as like this.
Arrange the plates.
Steam it for 10 minutes.
Our Ragi Idiyappam(Finger Millet String Hopper) is ready.Serve with chutney,sambhar or any non veg curry/gravy.
