In this Post I share the recipe Microwave Chocolate Bowl/Mug Cake in 3 minutes. First in a mixing bowl add flour,sugar,cocoa powder,baking soda,salt,milk,oil,water,vannilla extract and mix it well to form a cake batter. Grease a microwave safe borosilicate glass/heat resistance ceramic bowl or mug with oil/butter. Add the cake batter into the glass bowl. Cook it in high power for 3 minutes in the microwave. Our Chocolate Bowl/Mug Cake is ready. Garnish with some sprinkles and serve.( The timing may vary based on the microwave used.)

Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour(Maida) 1/4 cup.
Sugar 1/4 cup.
Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp.
Baking Soda 1/8 tsp.
Salt 1/8 tsp.
Milk 3 tbsp.
Oil 2 tbsp.
Water 1 tbsp.
Vannila Extract 1/4 tsp.
Sprinkles for garnishing(Optional).
Step By Step Instructions:
- Take a mixing bowl,add all the dry ingredients flour,sugar,cocoa powder,baking soda,salt and mix well.
- Then add the wet ingredients milk,oil,water,vannila extract to it and mix well to form a batter
- Grease the microwave safe borosilicate glass/heat resistance ceramic bowl/mug with butter/oil.
- Pour the cake batter in the greased glass bowl.
- Turn on the microwave and place the bowl on the turn table.
- On microwave high power,set the timer to 3 minutes and press start to cook.
- When microwave beeps, take the bowl out and check the cake is cooked completely. If not no problem, again cook it for 1 or 2 minutes. The cooking time may varies based on the microwave used.
- Our Microwave Chocolate Bowl Cake is ready. Garnish with some sprinkles and serve.
